• collaborate with brokers and marketing colleagues
• manage multiple projects and deadlines
• translate property and market data into visual deliverables
• perform photo retouching and floor plan edits
• support junior designers
• maintain brand consistency
• contribute visual assets for events, social campaigns, and corporate branding
• use generative AI and AI-assisted tools for concepts, data visualization, and image treatments
• verify figures and facts against source data
• share reusable AI workflows and practices.
