Senior Tax Manager — Remote Option

The Senior Tax Manager role is for the firm’s Santa Barbara, CA office and may be fully remote with occasional travel to that office. The expected salary range is $120,000–$195,000 per year. The manager leads local team and client relationships while reviewing tax engagements and guiding regional consulting and advisory work. The role contributes to firm growth and operations through staff development, client service, and execution of local leadership initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support the firm’s director in leading the local team
• manage client relationships, including clients of retiring partners and new clients
• help develop and execute growth initiatives and operational strategies
• review individual, business, and trust tax returns
• lead regional consulting and advisory efforts
• manage staff research, training, and development.
