Facilities Technician, Residential Properties

What you'll do

• Complete resident maintenance requests and repairs
• inspect buildings, grounds, and vacant units
• operate and service equipment
• assist with preventive maintenance
• monitor boiler water levels
• cut resident keys
• light gas stove pilot lights
• perform light painting and wall repairs
• repair window screens
• remove snow and ice
• perform seasonal grounds care
• maintain repair logs and an organized maintenance shop.
