What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• complete painting, patching, and light carpentry
• clean and maintain interior spaces
• mow, edge, trim, and perform seasonal grounds upkeep
• remove snow and ice as needed
• clean and maintain company vehicles
• monitor safety and report hazards
• maintain cleaning and maintenance supplies.
