The Caregiver, Assisted Living (NOC Shift) role is onsite in Moorpark, CA, with compensation of $19.00–$22.75 per hour. Gallaher Signature Living’s assisted living and memory care communities focus on person-centered care that supports residents’ dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing. The caregiver assists residents with daily routines, mobility, meals, and companionship while observing and reporting changes in condition. The role helps maintain a safe, respectful community and supports residents’ independence and participation in community life during the overnight shift.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and continence care
• support mobility, ambulation, positioning, and transfers using approved aids and techniques
• assist with meal delivery, setup, cueing, and feeding as permitted
• respond to call systems, alerts, and resident requests
• observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition
• provide light housekeeping related to resident care
• encourage residents’ participation in maintaining their spaces
• offer companionship and support recreational and social activities
• follow community policies, infection control practices, resident rights, and confidentiality standards.

Why this role
