What you'll do

• operate assigned stations using sautéing, broiling, batch cooking, and scratch-cooking techniques
• apply knife skills and portion control
• maintain mise en place and rotate ingredients
• follow food safety, sanitation, dietary-restriction, and cleanliness practices
• minimize waste.
