What you'll do

• Actively monitor pool activity to anticipate, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies.
• Oversee and enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Monitor pool equipment and supplies.
• Maintain lifeguard and first aid skills at a test-ready level.
• Participate in in-service training.
