Member Support Specialist – Nights & Weekends

The Member Support Specialist – Nights & Weekends role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. What you'll do

• Manage real-time member communications and trip updates
• coordinate flight scheduling, catering, ground transportation, and FBO readiness
• monitor flights and communicate operational changes
• liaise with crews, FBOs, and vendors
• serve as an off-hours escalation point
• coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Scheduling
• maintain handoffs and trip records
• report recurring operational gaps.
