What you'll do

• Direct associate activities during a shift and oversee completion of assigned expectations while maintaining policy and procedure
• train associates and create work schedules

• prepare production or sales reports
• help ensure quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• serve as a contact for employee complaints or time-off requests. The role may include mentoring and developing employees.
