What you'll do

• Lead guest experience, culinary operations, labor scheduling, inventory management, marketing, and profitability
• plan and delegate responsibilities across the area
• assist with budget estimates and justifications and maintain cost controls
• direct ordering, receiving, and accounting for food products, supplies, and equipment
• oversee interviewing, selection, training, counseling, discipline, and scheduling of team members
• create and lead client meeting presentations
• foster teamwork.
