What you'll do

• Assist with management of the insurance coverage practice
• oversee junior associates on assigned files
• handle defense and prosecution of coverage matters from case inception through trial
• conduct depositions and examinations under oath
• perform legal research and write coverage opinions
• litigate coverage and extracontractual liability matters in state and federal courts
• handle declaratory judgment matters
• advise claims personnel and in-house counsel on property insurance appraisals.
