What you'll do

• Perform equipment and service activations, deactivations, installations, relocations, and upgrades
• manage MAC service-request tickets and change requests
• conduct root-cause analysis and contribute to monthly reporting
• track requests and approvals
• maintain CMDB records and summary reports
• coordinate voice, video, and data requirements
• support voice provisioning, phone deployment, TDM-to-VoIP migration, and ACDS call-tree and IVR programming. The schedule is Monday–Friday day shift, with evenings and weekends possible as program and contract needs require
• travel is less than 10%.
