The Operations Resource Leader role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Pay is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. The role coordinates services at Signature Aviation’s private aviation terminal, supporting guests, crew members, and aircraft. The leader plans and assigns operational work while also performing aviation ground services. By coordinating teams, anticipating aircraft and guest needs, and enforcing safety and security requirements, the role contributes to efficient terminal operations and a welcoming guest experience.

What you'll do

• Coordinate safe and efficient operations
• schedule and assign tasks based on service requests, flight schedules, and guest needs
• perform services including marshalling, towing, fueling, oil, lavatory, GPU, deicing, valeting, shuttle driving, potable water, and aircraft deliveries
• coordinate with team members, guests, vendors, and crew
• maintain time and service records
• prepare for aircraft arrivals and departures
• identify safety concerns
• resolve service issues
• review performance metrics
• follow operational, safety, guest service, emergency response, and security protocols.
