Maintenance Technician, Tool Production Equipment

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical problems
• maintain operational status of electronic and electrical equipment
• perform assigned machine maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance
• maintain equipment to manufacturers' specifications
• keep maintenance records
• evaluate new and replacement electronic and electrical hardware
• monitor supplies and notify the Maintenance Manager when replacements are needed
• maintain safe, clean work areas and follow safety rules and PPE requirements
• support building maintenance as requested.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, maintenance or related experience, knowledge of basic electricity and electronics, and ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics. Listed systems and tools include VFDs, CNC servo controls, industrial motors, precision measuring devices, PLCs, and 120/208/240/480 voltage systems. Forklift and aerial lift training is provided.
