What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair Tier III DC fast-charger faults, including component-level repairs
• interpret PLC, CAN, and OCPP logs
• provide remote support to junior technicians
• commission installations and run acceptance charge tests
• perform upgrades and preventive maintenance
• track territory uptime and repair metrics
• identify repeat-fault patterns and document root causes
• manage territory spares
• train Tier I/II technicians
• follow electrical safety procedures and complete field reports.
