The specialist manages order processing, inventory allocation, and fulfillment coordination to help ensure accurate and timely delivery. Close work with Sales, Production, Logistics, and third-party logistics partners keeps order status, inventory, and shipment needs aligned.

What you'll do

• Process retailer sales orders and EDI purchase orders
• review unconfirmed and open orders against inventory and inbound supply
• allocate orders and drop picks to 3PLs
• coordinate routing and shipping
• track inventory and manually received orders
• communicate order status and supply issues with Production, Logistics, 3PL warehouse teams, and Sales.
