What you'll do

• Provide customer service to ticket-office guests
• use Ticketmaster to sell tickets and process transactions
• answer questions about events, pricing, policies, and seating
• assist with digital ticket transfers and account access
• handle cash, issue refunds, and balance cash drawers
• keep the box office area tidy and organized
• maintain composure and a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
