Solid Rock Recruiting’s client is seeking a project manager for a major hospital construction project beginning in September, with additional hospital projects in the pipeline. The manager coordinates day-to-day project execution, subcontractors, documentation, schedules, and stakeholder communication. The role helps maintain quality and schedule standards while ensuring healthcare construction requirements are addressed across field operations and project coordination.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day healthcare construction operations
• coordinate subcontractors and MEP trades
• oversee documentation, reporting, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and wall-rating requirements
• coordinate MRI room assemblies and related systems
• communicate with field teams, ownership, and stakeholders
• work with superintendents and field personnel on schedule and quality
• use Procore and project software
• assist with preconstruction planning and mobilization.

Why this role

Prior healthcare or hospital construction experience is required. Four or more years of drywall commercial construction experience and familiarity with drywall systems and rated wall assemblies are preferred. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.
