What you'll do
- Prepare accurate loan closing packages and verify documents are signed and ready for lender submission
- complete DMV paperwork with lienholder information
- maintain records of unperfected liens
- research and verify lien placement
- follow up with dealers, lienholders, and customers on perfected liens
- communicate documentation requirements
- maintain deal jackets and files
- and provide general administrative support.
