Maintenance Supervisor

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $36–$37 per hour. The position supports the property management team at Contour at NoDa, reporting to the Community Manager. The supervisor helps improve property retention and occupancy by maintaining the physical property, coordinating repairs and inspections, and leading the maintenance team’s workflow, training, and work-order allocation.

What you'll do

• Ensure maintenance-team compliance
• improve workflows and cost efficiency
• lead employee management, training, and retention
• review and allocate work orders
• monitor budget overages
• schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiate vendor contracts, conduct property inspections, and coordinate make-ready work.
