Montessori Toddler Assistant

The assistant helps deliver developmentally appropriate activities and supports children’s daily routines, learning, and overall classroom experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare snacks and lunches
• take children outside for gross motor play
• assist during the morning work cycle by supporting meaningful work and respectful redirection
• help children settle for sleep
• develop monthly craft ideas aligned with the curriculum
• support a caring and safe classroom environment.
