What you'll do

• Prepare wings, strips, and fries using the proper fryers and baskets
• coordinate cooking times
• sauce, season, and package orders to Wingstop standards
• monitor order tickets and count items accurately
• filter and freshen fryer shortening safely
• maintain kitchen cleanliness
• follow food-handling and cleaning-product instructions
• notify the manager on duty of safety, sanitation, or employee issues
• assist coworkers as needed.
