Job overview

The Senior Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Analyst is a full-time hybrid role with listed work locations in San Diego, CA; Washington, DC; or Norfolk, VA. The annual salary is $100,000–$130,000. Risk Mitigation Consulting supports federal and commercial clients with risk management, mission assurance, and cybersecurity, including military and global commercial partners. The analyst provides operational technology cybersecurity expertise through assessments, vulnerability and risk analysis, and client deliverables. The work helps clients assess critical infrastructure risks and supports project teams in producing timely, high-quality recommendations and reports.

What you'll do

  • Perform operational technology vulnerability and risk assessments at Department of War installations or government facilities
  • analyze threats and hazards and document findings in reports or other client deliverables
  • identify and assess critical asset dependencies
  • collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts
  • review and advise on policies, directives, and other sources relevant to operational technology and critical infrastructure
  • participate in project working groups and meetings as needed.

Why this role

The hybrid role requires approximately 20% travel, including monthly travel to a designated government site for secure-network access.
