What you'll do

• Review customer specifications and plan project tasks and procedures
• coordinate with customers and project teams on construction methods
• coordinate staffing with Personnel and Operations
• develop and track detailed project plans
• coordinate procurement and third-party vendors
• direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors in planning and executing construction work
• prepare spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
• track progress, materials, costs, and schedules
• monitor budgets and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
• manage projects from planning through closeout.
