What you'll do

• Respond to veterans, families, and survivors with information about rights and benefits
• maintain electronic claim forms and application files
• help prepare benefit applications and obtain supporting documentation
• maintain daily and monthly activity reports
• attend required veterans affairs training
• conduct community outreach and VA Health Care enrollments
• prepare and administer the Veterans Service Office budget
• participate in speaking engagements.
