What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members
• manage daily cafe functions including food preparation, service, and cleaning
• coach staff and uphold brand standards
• oversee hospitality, quality, and speed of service
• monitor sales, costs, labor, and inventory
• execute marketing programs
• ensure food safety, security, and equipment readiness.
