Communications Coordinator

Job overview

Communications Coordinator is a hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA, with three days in the office and two days remote. Compensation is $31–$34 per hour. What you'll do

• Draft and publish website and newsletter content
• create and schedule social media content and engage with communities
• create graphics in Canva using templates and brand guidelines
• assist with press releases, media advisories, and statements
• support rapid-response communications
• maintain the communications calendar and Asana tasks
• coordinate content with legal, programs, development, and policy teams
• compile basic performance metrics
• edit and proofread materials
• assist with event photo, video, and social coverage, including evenings and weekends as needed.
