What you'll do

• Lead facility construction, renovation, expansion, and infrastructure projects from feasibility through commissioning and handoff
• manage site development, scope, schedules, budgets, capital requests, risks, and resources
• coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulators
• oversee safety and quality
• manage contractor selection, contracts, bids, vendor performance, and reporting
• lead permitting and regulatory compliance
• direct infrastructure systems and facility layout
• support CMMS implementation
• oversee commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover
• advance sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives where appropriate
• develop standards and train facilities personnel
• provide project updates to leadership. Significant domestic travel up to 75% depending on applicant location
• possible international travel.
