What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate station activities during assigned shifts
• train, coach, and motivate team members
• engage guests and resolve concerns
• oversee cash handling and end-of-day reporting
• support inventory control and ordering
• track service, labor, waste, and sales indicators
• enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• assist with scheduling, opening and closing, and policy compliance.
