What you'll do

• Manage and mentor project coordinators and project managers
• support staffing, performance reviews, and professional development
• oversee program budgeting, payroll allocations, financial reporting, grants, and expense reviews
• support contracting processes
• maintain project and document-management frameworks
• coordinate meetings
• contribute to strategic planning and stakeholder relationships
• travel occasionally up to 5–10%.
