What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations and service
• maintain working knowledge of coffee, cold beverage, espresso, and pastry stations
• develop strategies to improve efficiency, revenue, profitability, and performance
• maintain facilities and equipment
• analyze financial and operational reports
• manage labor costs and schedules
• communicate with team members, company leadership, brand representatives, community partners, and customers
• ensure policy, service, and brand compliance
• oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory, invoices, cash handling, and financial controls
• review monthly P&L statements and implement corrective actions
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, develop, and evaluate employees
• maintain personnel records and lead company initiatives.
