What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• assess and monitor the patient and communicate changes to the care team
• administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• maintain accurate documentation
• educate and support families
• follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.

Why this role

Two Garden City schedules are listed: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, 6 p.m.–6 a.m. for a 19-year-old with a G-tube; or flexible days and times, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., for an 18-year-old with a G-tube and oxygen. Night and weekend differentials of $2 per hour are described for eligible shifts.
