What you'll do

• Oversee shifts and direct team members
• uphold food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, customer-service, safety, and security standards
• manage cash handling and shift transitions
• complete shift reports and documentation
• train team members when requested
• at applicable levels, manage inventory, food orders, staffing, and food costs.
