What you'll do

• Manage and direct plant Quality and janitorial personnel
• support inspection and testing of materials, facilities, and products
• review testing data and oversee testing to ASTM, internal, and customer requirements
• manage customer complaints, investigations, and corrective and preventive actions
• maintain knowledge of quality codes and standards and support training
• maintain and troubleshoot testing equipment
• communicate strategy and results
• manage third-party, customer, and internal audits
• comply with BRCGS, safety standards, and operating procedures.
