What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule maintenance work
• support hiring, staff development, and performance processes
• maintain safe, clean, and repaired common areas
• perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking lots, and building exteriors
• recommend capital improvements
• respond to service requests within 24 hours
• order repair parts
• and keep staff informed about safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
