What you'll do

• Assist customers by phone and in person with researching and ordering parts for John Deere and other equipment
• sell, stock, receive, and deliver parts and accessories
• provide in-store customer service
• work with vendors and alternate resources
• monitor shortages and expedite processes
• maintain an orderly parts department and warehouse
• follow inventory control practices.
