What you'll do

• Own the executive client delivery relationship and govern workstreams against client expectations
• serve as the primary delivery contact for senior stakeholders and resolve escalations
• manage and develop the delivery team
• set direction and remove blockers
• travel to Vietnam approximately monthly for about one week to lead in-person steering committees, working sessions, and team check-ins
• partner with company leadership to develop a repeatable delivery methodology.
