What you'll do

• Document optical circuit designs and as-built configurations in design and operations tools
• record design deviations and submit change requests. Support planned maintenance and direct field technicians during installation and activation
• troubleshoot circuit activations
• provision optical IXC circuits and ancillary equipment
• verify circuits against design documentation
• monitor network alarms
• and assist with testing, analysis, and controlled documentation updates.
