What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to established menus, dietary guidelines, and portion requirements
• follow food safety and sanitation regulations
• collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet mealtime schedules
• monitor inventory and assist with ordering and restocking
• maintain a sanitary, organized, hazard-free work area
• complete additional supervisor-assigned tasks.
