The Heavy Equipment Operator role is onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL, with pay of $22–$28 per hour. The operator safely moves, sorts, and loads recyclable materials to support daily processing and efficient material flow. The role also includes equipment inspections, minor maintenance, workflow monitoring, and coordination with the team to meet production needs and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate front-end loaders, mini loaders, excavators, screening equipment, and conveyors
• inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance
• assist with general labor as needed
• monitor and adjust workflow to production demands
• communicate with team members and supervisors
• follow operational and safety procedures.
