What you'll do
- Provide onsite occupational therapy at one Everett client location
- evaluate functional abilities, work demands, and barriers
- develop and document individualized treatment plans and goals
- review referrals, medical records, and job requirements
- assess job tasks, body mechanics, workstations, tools, and environmental factors
- collaborate with patients, providers, and client stakeholders
- adjust interventions based on outcomes
- provide ergonomic and adaptive-strategy guidance
- support transitional duty and return-to-work processes
- manage work-related discomforts and injuries within scope
- and deliver customized workplace-health education and training.
