What you'll do

• Lead Finance Department operations, workflow, and personnel
• resolve operational issues
• oversee invoices, payments, reconciliations, collections, and accounting tasks
• execute the monthly close and prepare reporting
• analyze financial statements and work in progress
• ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and appropriate revenue recognition
• manage job costing, accounts receivable, cash activity, sales tax reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.
