Production Line Lead

What you'll do

• Oversee production-line employees, rotate lines weekly, and report to the shift supervisor
• train employees on line functions and ensure proper staffing, with staffing changes approved by the shift leader or supervisor
• load and unload boxes, bottles, and skids and wrap pallets
• coordinate production supplies with office and warehouse personnel
• check lot codes, labels, and fill volumes against lab samples
• monitor line speeds and production
• minimize downtime and support efficient changeovers and start times
• complete line-clearance checks
• maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures
• identify and report unsafe conditions.
