Account Manager, BaseLayer Flooring Sales

This position exists to expand flooring tile sales through business-to-business and retail channels. It builds a sales process and pipeline, develops partner relationships, and works with marketing and customer service to support product growth and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Grow BaseLayer sales with retail and business-to-business customers
• establish and maintain a CRM for customers, selling partners, and prospects
• create a sales plan and pipeline, prioritize targets, engage prospects, and move them through the sales process
• review pipeline progress and forecast new business monthly
• use virtual sales tools to engage prospects
• travel to visit customers and develop opportunities
• potentially work with distributors in Europe or Central America
• coordinate trade shows with marketing
• monitor market trends and competition
• identify business, partnership, and product opportunities
• sell the value of premium products
• partner with Customer Service on customer reviews and questions.
