What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs for HVAC piping, ductwork, and hydronic systems
• analyze project documents for scope gaps and coordination issues
• prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• identify value engineering and cost-saving options
• coordinate bid turnover with project management and operations.
