What you'll do

• Conduct intake interviews and document job seekers’ needs, goals, barriers, qualifications, and requested services
• engage and follow up with prospective participants through phone, email, chat, and text
• collect and validate enrollment documentation
• recommend workforce programs after required materials are received
• coordinate enrollment appointments with program staff
• support outreach events
• maintain real-time records in Excel and databases
• assist customers with data entry and document uploads
• review records and information for reporting.
