What you'll do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with mental illness, substance use disorders, and behavioral issues
• collaborate with medical, mental health, and correctional staff
• document evaluations, progress notes, counseling notes, and treatment plans
• participate in education and training activities
• manage case files and reports and participate in hearings
• support patient education and group therapy
• monitor compliance with site and company policies and applicable standards.
