What you'll do

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices
• match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• verify quantities, pricing, terms, approvals, and documentation
• enter transactions in the ERP/accounting system
• identify and resolve discrepancies
• maintain vendor records
• assist with payment runs
• reconcile vendor statements
• coordinate with operational teams
• support AP reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, audits, reporting, and other accounting work.
