What you'll do

• Discuss warranty claims and expectations with customers
• prepare and submit warranty documentation
• follow up with manufacturers
• adjust and resubmit denied claims
• track warranty parts and vendor paperwork. Greet customers, collect customer and vehicle information, document reported symptoms, recommend maintenance, prepare labor and parts estimates, set follow-up times, monitor repair progress, reconcile invoices with completed work, and explain work and charges.
