What you'll do

• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals, explain community features, and show units
• manage resident relations and address potential issues
• assist with rent collection, bills, forecasts, and financial monitoring
• review rental applications and resident paperwork
• schedule and supervise apartment turnovers
• assist with marketing and local outreach
• ensure properties meet community standards and Fair Housing requirements
• respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
